Seeks and processes all GH referrals and admissions; conducts applicant interviews: makes recommendations for admissions; maintains GH census; monitors and facilitates house supply and repair needs; monitors and process use of restrictive funds and petty cash; maintains upkeep of agency vehicles; completes staff schedules ; monitor completion and accuracy of medication log books; monitor completion of all shift check lists; arranges school placements for residents and maintains regular contact with school personnel; attends IEPs as scheduled; monitors and ensures scheduling and follow up with medical appointments in accordance with licensing standards; monitors timeliness and accuracy of medication administration; ensures timely prescription refills as needed; complete shelter contact sheet; schedules and coordinates mandatory trainings; reviews incident reports for completeness; Rotates on call schedule with PD to provide guidance to staff in addressing emergency or crisis situations; provides shift coverage as needed; conducts staff meetings in absence of Program Director; coordinates special interest groups, jobs and volunteer opportunities for residents; oversees GH store; other duties as assigned.

To qualify for this job you need to have the below minimum requirements and experience:
• Bachelors degree required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record.

Program Compliance Requirements
• Follows program policies and procedures and encourages same in others.
• Operates conscientiously in accordance with agency budget.
• Completes and submits accurate written reports and documentation as assigned.
• Ensures quality and accuracy of written and verbal communications.
• Submits Level of Service (LOS) as required by program.
• Attends agency and department meetings and trainings within established time frames.

• Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.
• Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
• Must regularly be able to see, speak and hear. Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, bend, use hands and arms and must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be sensitive, flexible and responsive to gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, age, sexual orientation or any other special needs as reflected in the ability to communicate with staff and/or clients.
• Assume an active role in agency events.
