Provide support services and case management to youth who may be aging out of out-of-home placement. Prepare youth for self-sufficiency and independence by providing life skills, instruction and services which meet their developmental needs.
This position requires a bachelors degree. Must have a valid license, use of insured vehicle and an acceptable driving recornd.
