Provide intensive, in-home counseling, crisis intervention, concrete services, parenting skills, life skills training. Advocacy and service linkages to DCP&P involved with children and families in order to stabilize the family and prevent out of home placement of the children. 4-8 weeks of intensive family treatment and up to 9 months of Step Down services to help families stabilize and improve functioning after the immediate crisis.
Bachelor degree required and 1.5 years in-home experience providing services to families in crisis, bi-lingual preferred. Ideal applicant should have strong engaging and empathy skills, an understanding of trauma, loss, substance abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, neglect, mental health issues and Atlantic County services.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record and use of insured vehicle.

•Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
•Must regularly be able to see, speak and hear. Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, bend use hands and arms and must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
•Must be sensitive, flexible and responsive to gender, race, ethncitiy, socio-economia status, communicate with staff and/or clients.
•Assume and active rol in agency events.
